Job Description
- Reporting and documentation of products datasheets, comparative reports and user manuals/guides
- Troubleshoot Windows networking (product related) issues at customer sites.
- Track open customer issues; communicate status to customers using company’s Ticket Request System.
- Engage with IS department to evaluate, test and document new solutions.
- Work with IT department to install and test new versions of products.
- Conducting PoCs and trainings at customer site
- Conducting training for business partners both online and onsite.
- Improve knwoledge base by LMS
- Follow up with customers to verify solutions are successful.
Requirements & Skills
- Strong communication Skills.
- Excellent knowledge of Information Security concepts
- Working experience with Information Security products
