Job Description
- Properly launch the complaint with full concentration and accuracy. Give request complaint number to customers.
- Give complain status to the customer.
- Maintain record of customer signed receipts and file those receipt months wise.
- Make consumption note as soon as parts are consumed
- Upload warranty card with complaints in software
- Follow the cash handling policy
- To accept additional duties and other tasks in the area other than initially assigned for reasons of flexibility and availability of work
