Job Description

  • Properly launch the complaint with full concentration and accuracy. Give request complaint number to customers.
  • Give complain status to the customer.
  • Maintain record of customer signed receipts and file those receipt months wise.
  • Make consumption note as soon as parts are consumed
  • Upload warranty card with complaints in software
  • Follow the cash handling policy
  • To accept additional duties and other tasks in the area other than initially assigned for reasons of flexibility and availability of work
