IT/Network Administrator

1. Support, monitor, test and troubleshoot hardware and software problems.
2. Perform and coordinate effective installation and performance of advanced operating system
3. Hardware and software on servers.
4. Install new software releases, system upgrades, evaluate and install patches and resolve software related problems.
5. Support and maintain end user requirements, including troubleshooting, account maintenance and training.
6. Plan and perform appropriate procedures, documentation, inventory assessment, and other procedures related to IT.
7. Play a lead role in developing and implementing an IT disaster recovery plan.

Proven experience in a network administrator role

Hands on experience in networking, routing and switching

Excellent knowledge of best practices around management, control, and monitoring of server infrastructure

Experience with firewalls, Internet VPN’s remote implementation, troubleshooting, and problem resolution is desired

Ability to set up and configure server hardware

Familiarity with backup and recovery software and methodologies
