Job Description
- Establish as the subject-matter expert for the assigned solution
- Perform day to day management of complete lifecycle of assigned solution at customer premises
- Troubleshoot any issues related to the assigned solution via phone, email, remote and visits
- Fully collaborate with all stakeholders in resolving issues related to assigned solution
- Open customer issues with vendor as required and resolve in timely fashion
- Track and maintain open customer issues with vendor and communicate with the customer as required
- Engage with all stakeholders and departments of assigned customer for day-to-day support and resolution of issues related to assigned solution
- Conduct trainings of assigned solution when and where required on need basis
- Prepare product presentations, datasheets, comparative reports, manuals/guides etc. for the customer on need basis
- Work on assignments and tasks given by the Supervisor and Team Lead
- Work on assignments and tasks given by the customer
Requirements & Skills
- Minimum Bachelors Degree.
- Strong communication Skills.
- Efficient System and Network Troubleshooting skills
- Knowledge of log format: router, IDS/IPS, End Point Security, Firewalls, Windows, Linux, Webservers, DNS, and DHCP and infer attacks from logs.
