Job Description

• Greet customers as they arrive for inspections and direct them to an available technician
• Provide customers with details about inspection process and it's benefits
• Handle customer questions about inspection report and ensure customer is satisfied with our services
• Manage inspection center's workflow and schedule vehicles for optimal efficiency of center and resources
• Reconcile payments with finance department on daily basis

Requirements

• Good knowledge of automotive industry and experience of working in 3S dealership
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Ability to communicate equally well with technicians, customers and senior management
