Sales Executive 2

We are urgently looking for sales executives and sales coordinators for sales department - Motor Insurance for karachi, Islamabad & Lahore.

TPL Direct Insurance is the first insurance company in Pakistan to sell general insurance products directly to the consumer. We launched in 2005 and since then have grown from strength-to-strength, delivering superior and hassle-free risk management services to individual clients. Sales Coordinator:

1. Updating managers by consolidating, and forwarding daily MIS.
2. Preparing sales presentations by compiling data; developing presentation formats.
3. Provides sales vs. projection results by preparing and forwarding sales reports.
4. To support Salespersons for their back office working.
5. Preparing score sheets on a monthly basis.
6. Managing all the necessary documentation to ensure everything work properly at the end.
7. Preparing quotations / proposals for insurance customers.
8. Coordinate with Trakker department to streamline the installation process.
9. Scheduling riders for efficiency.

Sales Executive:

1. Look after the retail sales.
2. To achieve the targets.
3. Increase customer portfolio.
4. Maintain good relations with dealerships and customers.
5. Collect payments from dealerships/customers.

Sales Coordinator:

Data management, reporting, and administrative skills. Plus understanding the customer, informing others, attention to detail, professionalism, and Microsoft office skills. Knowledge of sales operations. Customer handling. Knowledge of finance and administration.

Sales Executive:

Communication skills, customer handling, maintaining reports, product knowledge and proven track record in sales.
