Import-Air De-Console

1) Check import shipments arrival and its related documentation for delivery order issuance to the clients and their nominated clearing agents. Reporting of the shipment arrival/delivery order issuance to all concerned.
2) Contact Airlines and its delivery agents for any short shipments landed /or claims departments in order to resolve problems with shipments and its related documentation..
3) Able to prepare delivery order related documents and maintain necessary records.

4) Coordination for deliveries.
5) At airport Direct or participate in cargo loading in order to ensure completeness of load and even distribution of weight where necessary.
6) Enter shipping information into a computer by hand or by using a hand-held scanner that reads bar codes on goods.

7) Inspect and count items received and check them against invoices or other documents, recording shortages and rejecting damaged goods.
