Manager Development

• Research new technology and methodology in workplace, and presenting this research for approval and implementation.
• Develop strategies to diversify the activities of the Company.
• Monitor all development projects and perform activities required for development.
• Initiate Cost Saving wherever possible.
• Work with Financial team to prepare feasbility report on the viability of any project intended to be initiated.
• Negotiate and manage new development business deals.
• Suggest ideas to bring about improvement in various areas of the activities at factory / office level to make sure we use best practice.
• Be familiar with basic financial principles.
• Prepare and present presentation to the Senior Management team, as and when required.
• Any other such assignements as are related to development of Company.

Having knowledge of Engineering products, know how to prepare feasiblity reports etc.

Negotiate and manage new development business deals.
