Job Description

  1. Receives all incoming calls & fax messages & routes to appropriate person.
  2. Answers routine questions concerning department services or procedures.
  3. Maintains a current record of changes in office and personnel in order to route incoming calls to the appropriate person.
  4. Greets the guests & public, furnishes directions and information.
  5. Gives general information in response to public inquires.
  6. Performs clerical tasks such as typing, filing, sending facsimile, securing parcels etc.and maintaining office records.
  7. Receive letters, packages etc. and distribute them
  8. Monitor office expenses and costs
  9. Take up other duties as assigned (travel arrangements, schedules etc.)

Requirements & Skills

  1. Proven experience as front desk representative, agent or relevant position
  2. Familiarity with office machines (e.g. fax, printer etc.)
  3. Knowledge of office management
  4. Proficient in English (oral and written)
  5. Strong communication and people skills
  6. Good organizational and multi-tasking abilities
