Job Description
Update all inventory on daily basis across warehouse on Excel and Quick Books
Coordinate with warehouse managers for maintaining records of all inwards and outwards
Be the link between Operations and accounting teams
Ensure accounting entries and bookkeeping of all transactions through the accounts team
Ensure timely Dispatch and consolidation of all orders and optimize use of Delivery vehicles
Conduct weekly physical inventory of Warehouses
Filling logs of inventory sheets
Reconciliation of Physical and entered stock on weekly basis, timely report on any discrepancy
Ensuring optimum storage conditions for all the stock in the warehouses.
Requirements & Skills
Proficient in MS Office,
Computer Literate,
Good Interpersonal and cognitive skills,
Personal motorbike
Good analytical skills
