Sales Director

• MBA/Bachelor’s degree with 10 years of real estate sales experience
• Serves as the champion for pipeline management including working with origination sources and management in establishing projections on a monthly basis, communicating the projected goals and providing status updates
• Provide hands on supervision and support to staff and monitoring their workload in order to efficiently manage sales goals, objectives, performance, and deadlines
• Applicant must have excellent communication, persuasion and presentation skills
• Target based lucrative incentive
• Must own car

A solid technical sales background and business development experience.

Must have previous experience in Selling in the following segment (Real Estate Agent, New Development Projects, Technical Sales of Software)

Strong interpersonal, influencing and negotiation skills, With Strong attention to detail.

Showing maturity and taking responsibility is key skill.

Good command over English (Both written and spoken).
