Job Description
-Must be responsible for multiple locations in their regions (must have a bike)
- Will have to perform IT first level diagnostics with regards to CPU, desktops, scanners, printers, software , IP phones, network issues
- Must also be able to install and configure the above mentioned items
- Will need to co-ordinate with service desk for the status of current and pending complaints
