Job Description
- Coordinate department activities and special projects to ensure quality and meet timetables.
- Evaluate department processes. Recommend and coordinate needed changes based on process analysis.
- Direct staff in the development, analysis, and preparation of reports.
- Supervise staff in accordance with organization policies and procedures.
- Assist staff to resolve complex or out of policy operation problems.
- Conduct interviews provide employee orientation.
- Coach and provide career development advice to staff.
- Establish employee goals and conduct employee performance reviews in Head office as well as in other districts.
- Prepare monthly training planner/calendar and convey them all concern staff/managers on regular basis.
- Responsible for staff scheduling to include: work assignments/rotations, employee training, employee vacations, employee breaks, overtime assignment, back-up for absent employees, shift rotations and provision of ID cards to all employees.
- Keep up to date information of all staff personal documents.
- Draft offer, appointment and confirmation letters.
- Assess with other HR staff in carrying out departmental operations smoothly and efficiently.
- Arrange payment for all invoices of HR & ID Program as per existing required procedures.
- Check the payroll for all staff (HO staff, DO staff ,community Based staff and other part time or contractual staff) including bonuses, sales incentives, PF, EOBI, Income Tax and other payments and deductions.
