Job Description
- Receives data from supervisors for preparation and entry into the data processing system.
- Reviews data to ensure accuracy.
- Enters data to update M&E reports and standards promulgated by the organization
- Receives and responds to data inquiries in compliance with standards.
- Access files through knowledge of computer terminal and manual file system.
- Processes out the available to compile different reports for other programs also.
- Updates and enters data into the data processing system and prints copies for the Supervisors and GM to review
- Performs related duties as assigned by the supervisor.
- Provides a variety of clerical and administrative support for other programs as necessary.
- Performs quality control checks on Information data and removes erroneous information in accordance with established procedures.
- Performs special assignments as necessary.
- Work for the promotion of HANDS vision and mission.
