IT Support Executive

1. Installation and configuration of different computer software, operating systems and applications.
2. Monitoring and maintenance of computer systems, printers and infrastructure e.g. Network, router and switches etc. Quarterly Hardware servicing of IT equipments for preventive maintenance of different IT assets
3. Providing support to main office staff as well as other offices at different geographic locations. Can also provide remote support through telephone, emails and having secure remote sessions.
4. Troubleshooting different issues e.g. hardware, software and networks
5. Designing of LAN & WAN.
6. Helping admin department procurement of new H/W and computer related equipments
7. Provide end user support of different application running in different department. Moreover taking care of end user training and mentoring. Also generation of daily database usage report and share with the management
8. Basic data entry in different system as and when required
9. Supporting the roll-out of new applications;
10. Daily backup of file server and application and store it at chronological order
11. Update of all antivirus on different machines
12. Management of Hardware Inventory
13. Playing role between end user and IT consultants to understand refine requirements.
14. Perform minor changes in application
15. Documentation of own work
