Web Marketing Manager

Description:

The purpose of this position is to manage the creative development, marketing and advertising campaigns and Right Medical Billing Marketing materials development and distribution. In addition, the manager of marketing works with the sales department to understand their needs in the development of sales materials and other services as needed.

Responsibilities:

Key responsibilities include:

• Implementation of annual marketing plan
• Manage creative development for direct mail, advertising and online marketing
• Manage implementation of direct mail campaigns traditional and online marketing
• Manage the development and execution of sales materials
• Develop and manage website content
• Work effectively with other departments to understand targeted businesses
• Manage the development and production of marketing materials
• Document and test lead and sales tracking
• Analysis of all marketing campaigns
• Develop and continually monitor market and competitive analysis

• Operational Competence - the need to demonstrate rigor and discipline in executing marketing and tactical plans
• Optimize marketing processes, tools and systems to ensure marketing programs and mandated materials are developed and implemented in a timely manner
• Quickly identifies barriers to success and quickly and effectively facilitates resolution
• Ensures that assigned resources, marketing dollars and leads are used in a manner that results in the best return on investment.
