Raw Material And Packing Store Incharge

Position: Store In charge (Raw Material & Packing)

Location & Requirement : Karachi candidates only with must 3 years of pharmaceutical experience.

Job Description:

1. Responsible to supervise all raw material and packing store activity at all locations.
2. Goods receiving and tracking while placing them in appropriate places as per their conditional temperature requirements.
3. Material inspection to ensure that received material is in good condition without any damage or loss in quantity.
4. Receiving material requests and issuing and dispensing of stocks appropriately.
5. Work closely with production to recommend quantities of supply for purchases and exercising budgetary control over warehouse operations.
6. Check and monitor inventory levels and reporting of material requirements.
7. Posting of reports and warehouse data into the ERP.
8. Responsible for cycle counts physical audit of stocks.
9. Maintaining and improving warehouse efficiency through directing store staff and workers.
10. Ensuring that all raw material and packing store activities are under control and as per warehouse SOP & company policies.
11. Look after all administrative requirements within the warehouse department.
12. Making smooth coordination with production and other concern departments.
13. Maintaining standards of material, health and safety, hygiene and security.

Job Specifications:

• 3 to 5 years of raw material and packing warehouse experience in Pharmaceutical Industry.
• Good Communication & Interpersonal skills
• Minimum commerce/ science graduate or Master in supply chain.
• Must possess computer skill in MS Office and ERP system.
• Concentration to detail along with ability to handle multi tasking.
• Having a good knowledge of DRAP and other related regularity.
