Job Description

A busy trade center requires receptionist to handle its serviced office’s space. The person will be required to manage the reception desk, PABX, photocopier, printer, internal network and operate customized software.

Requirements & Skills

Graduate with similar experience is highly preferred. Good command over computer, networking and Microsoft Office suite. Moderate English language skills and pleasant personality to deal with tenants and guests.

Manage Reception Desk, Collect & distribute mail, Handle conference and meeting rooms, prepare memos and do general correspondence. Administer network access, handle printers, photocopiers, PABX etc. We are an equal opportunities employer.
