We are looking for a Full-time Office Manager to manage and run the complete office in PECHS location.

Job Responsibilities:
  • Outdoor work
  • HR Administration
  • Accounts administration
  • Looking after day-to-day operations in the office
  • Payroll administration
  • Operational duties, acting on behalf of the CEO in his absence
  • Ad-hoc administration duties

Requirements & Skills

Ideal candidates should have the following skills and experiences:
  • Previous PA support or senior administration experience
  • Accounts knowledge
  • Highly organised and passionate about proving executive support
  • Focused with excellent time management
