Job Description

As a Support Engineer you would install, maintain and repair Desktops, Notebooks, Servers and equipment. You will work as a member of an IT support team in a large organisation.

Your day-to-day tasks would include:
  • Installing new Desktop, Notebooks and Servers with proper OS and drivers installation.
  • Upgrading existing hardware and software.
  • Diagnosing and repairing the Notebooks, Desktops and Other IT equipment.
  • Visiting clients for the Complain and Resolve the issue on time.
  • Testing systems to make sure that they are working properly.
  • Servicing Notebooks, Desktops and other office equipment (known as peripherals).
  • Preparing cost estimates for new installations.
  • Making proper visiting report.

Requirements & Skills

You will need to show evidence of the following:
  • The ability to think logically and technically.
  • A good memory of how software and operating systems work.
  • Excellent listening and questioning skills, combined with the ability to interact confidently with clients to establish what the problem is and explain the solution.
  • Ability to work well in a team.

  • A strong customer facing skill.
  • The ability to priorities your workload.
  • Attention to detail.
  • Language: Urdu and English (Spoken and Written)
