To responsible to handle Call center and delivery riders team
To insure compliance of KPI's of Home Delivery department.
To responsible sales target as per agreed plans.
Responsible to handle inbound Home delivery requests and customer queries and complaints.
Coordinate with delivery team at stores to ensure maximum service level.
