Job Description

Scheduling of Project weekly / fortnightly.
Quote reference as per contract agreement.
Received the Drawing from Design Department. Read the drawing and collect the data’s using drawing details.
Advance Planning for Quality Production meeting Co-ordinate to other departments
Implementation of Daily Progress Report at all projects.
Check Daily Progress Report and inform to Senior P.C.
At site correspondence with consultant and Client.
Material Updates, Create Bill of Materials, cutting plans, Schedule work allotments and utilize machine and man power details.
Will put up recommendations to improve the progress and enhance the output of the plant Eqpt and Machinery to the Senior P.C.
To ensure Engineering works are carried out in accordance with specifications
Will resolve the issues if any between the client and consultant at site.
Weekly progress report and forward to Senior P.C.
Will visit the project sites as and when required
Physically monitoring at Site accordance to Plan.
Check Material at Site and resolve shortage issue.
Reconciliation of Material / Vendor bills etc.
Planning Engineer will ask the PM’s to provide weekly Project / Site Execution Plan.
Implementation the Execution Plan, thereby ensuring the smooth running of activities. Cannot leave the site if any activity is to remain continue even after office hours, especially where your presence is required.
Writing program will ask from PM’s to submit in every day and implementing the work plan and its result.

Requirements & Skills

1. Economies the overall working thereby to reduce the overall cost.
2. Implementation of site monitoring report.
3. Make requirements, request for proposal, award criteria and other matters regarding Pre-qualification work of Project.
4. Obey Task given by Management time to time.
