• 7 + years of industry experience in PEGA Application Deployment and Development.
• Ability to lead the team.
• Experience with Agile development processes and continuous integration.
• Experience working with remote and offshore resources as manager.
• Good analysis and problem solving abilities
• Ability to work independently with minimal guidance
• Actively participate in design and development of CRM applications
• PEGA Certification is a must.
• Knowledge of Mule soft and building integrations with Sales force
• Bachelor's Degree
