The ideal candidate must be familiar with business processes in the CRM industry. He/she is results oriented, focused on delivering results not just activities, with the ability to identify, analyze, and solve problems. He/she is and is able to make sound decisions acts as a role model to the junior members of the team.
Nice to Have:·
- 3 + years of industry experience in PEGA Application Deployment and Development.
- Experience with Agile development processes and continuous integration.
- Experience working with remote and offshore resources.
- Good analysis and problem solving abilities
- Ability to work independently with minimal guidance
- Actively participate in design and development of CRM applications
