Job Description
1. Plan and lead methods of fire & safety measures for fire prevention.
2. Maintain Safe and secure work environment by ensuring and monitoring all the security measures.
3. Prepare a security deployment plan and monitor it regularly.
4. To oversee Administration, Material Movement Departmental activities, and Maintenance departmental operations.
5. To supervise the effective control and maintenance of departmental keys and equipment.
6. Maintains equipment by completing preventive maintenance; troubleshooting failures; calling for repairs; monitoring equipment operation.
7. Schedule housekeeping and cleanliness activities and monitor their implementations.
8. Ensure cost efficiency in execution and procurement of housekeeping activities and required supplies.
9. Assist staff with administrative duties as requested.
10. All other work regarding daily administration, operations and facility management assigned by the Director and Management

- Must have previous working exposure of Textile / Factory Administration.
