Requirements & Skills
- Must have at least 2 -3 years of experience in Telemarketing/ Call Center.
- Able to generate actionable business/ sales lead for sales managers.
- Can confidently handle prospect customers on phone to generate onward business/ sales lead.
- Must have understanding of managing sales pipeline and forecasting.
- Can work under pressure and meet KPI targets (i.e. no. of actionable leads in a week/ month).
- Must be fluent in English and Urdu both.
- Minimum education bachelors.
