Job Description
1. To research shoe market to anticipate the target customers’ requirement, taste and latest design flare.
2. To implement the market research knowledge for new development that is commercially viable and producible in production ranges.
3. To introduce different shoe materials like leathers, sole, insole, lining, threads and buckles for new development.
4. To source new vendors of leathers and shoe materials.
5. To evaluate costs of new developments keeping in view the prices of different shoe materials and reduce cost of new development where possible.
6. To coordinate with Sales, Purchase and R&D departments

Requirements & Skills
Qualification : Graduation/ diploma in fashion designing.
Experience : 2-3 Years of proven track record at similar position.
Skills : Should have a natural design flare, Knowledge of shoes manufacturing, Leathers and materials.
Others : Forecasting, negotiation and Interpersonal sills
