Job Description
- Monitoring the manufacturing process during production on daily basis to ensure deliver of finish goods as per standard required customers on daily basis.
- Ensure Cutting, Stitching and Making are as per quality standard.
- Ensure that the quality of semi finished goods received from the suppliers are of required quality
- Ensure a high level of internal and external customer service. Investigate (and correct) customer issues and complaints relating to quality.
- Supervise workers engaged in inspection and testing activities to ensure high productivity and high technical integrity.
- Formulate, document and maintain quality control standards and on-going quality control objectives.
- Organize and control quality control act as long production realization process.
- Pre-pack auditing and acceptance quality level control
- Controlling material wastage
- Assist and coordinate with the Production department.
- Any other task assigned by the Management.
Requirements & Skills
- Must have previous QC Garments/Apparel Exposure.
- Must be familiar with Stitching, cutting standards.
- Attention to details.
- Excellent Leadership & Communication Skills.
