Technical Support Engineer-Level 2 2

Job Description:

• Responsible for the hardware configuration including servers, printers and all.
• Update systems by improving the components, layout and design for the increased efficiency, speed and function of the computer.
• Design the most compact & cost effective model possible.
• Analyze existing systems to identify flaws or inefficiencies & use problem solving skills, including both inductive and deductive reasoning, to make modifications that will increase the functions of the system.
• Develop new designs in the existing components, such as microchips & circuit boards, & then integrate these components in a form fitting layout. Responsible for bringing advances in the systems.
• Ensure that the product meets company standards & they also assess customer needs & offer client technical support.

• A Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience .
• A minimum of 1 - 5 years industry experience in a similar environment.-
• Candidate with following certifications are preferred. CCNP CCIE or any other relevant certifications
• Detect flaws & inconsistencies as well as pinpoint areas of improvement.
• Use their technical and applied mathematical skills for troubleshooting.
• Select additional equipment to support the production of the modified system.
• Their duties involve practical application of their ideas – which proves their expertise. Are required to build or oversee the production & assembly of the prototype based on their recommendations. It should make the system operate according to specifications.
• Supervise & train technicians & inexperienced engineers.
• Have to offer technical support to team members.
