Branch Manager - Islamic Banking

• Directly manage and lead a marketing and relationship management team.
• Devise sales and marketing strategies to increase growth and profitability
• Define sales plan for relationship managers and review their performances to ensure delivery of desired results
• Maximization of Revenue through available wealth management options i.e. Fixed Income, Mutual Funds, Banc Assurance etc.
• Utilize consultative sales approach to define customer goals and develop solutions that cultivate strong relationship with the customers
• Formulation and implementation of micromarketing at branch level
• Ensure implementation of control and compliance policies in line with regulatory and group requirement
• Facilitate information transfer with remote teams to improve product knowledge, customer requirements gathering, and inter-office communication

Locations: Karachi, Lahore, Kasur, Nankana Sahib, Khanewal, Faisalabad, Mianwali, Sarai Alamgir, Burewala, Arifwala, Patoki, Zhob, Islamabad, Abbottabad
Experience: Minimum 5 years experience in branch banking and deposit mobilization
