Job Description
- Install new software releases, system upgrades, evaluate and install patches and resolve software related issues.
- Installing and configuring computer hardware operating systems and applications of users.
- Backup of Users data (Outlook, Official Data).
- Antivirus Installation, Web Console Management and update.
- Troubleshooting system and solving hardware/software faults.
- Setting up new user accounts, Outlook profiles and dealing with password issues.
- All printer maintenance, service, refilling and deal with other technical issues.
