Job Description
- Responsible for installation & customer support related to Airlines Management System
- Work closely with colleagues to identify trouble shoot, and resolve issues related to Hardware/Network/Software
- Installation of servers with OS and Applications
- Ensure project tasks are completed on time and project goals are achieved.
- Provide daily system support
- Provide technical support / services and consultancy services to out stationed offices
Requirements & Skills
- 2-5 Years’ Experience of working on similar capacity
- Qualification BE/BS
- Related Certification is an advantage CCNA/MCSE
- Microsoft Applications Specially Outlook Configurations, Troubleshooting, Backups and Restoring Procedures
- Experience of establishing and maintaining small computer networking
- Experience of Installation and support of Airlines Management System is an advantage
- Experience of Windows Server Operating System
- Knowledge of database such as SQL is an advantage
- Responsible and good team player
- Good analytical and problem solving skill
