Job Description
- Make sure Lifting arrangements of all Inwards (Resin, Packing Material, Inter plant transfer.
- Co-ordinate with all transporters to arrange logistics / Negotiations.
- Arrange & submit all documentation related to Inwards / Outwards freights to Accounts department for Payment.
- Payment Follow Up & dispatch Payment Inwards / Outwards.
- Monitor & arrange Fuel Card activity on Inwards / Outwards freights.
- Submit all documentation Fuel Card to Finance department.
- Make sure all activity of unloading of all inwards (Resin, Packing Material, Inter plant transfer .
- Look after all unloading & loading team.
- Visit market for New Transporters & meetings with existing Transporters.
- Prepare budgeted & monthly reports related to logistics.
- Arrange to circulate Dispatch & Stock reports . Correspondence to all relevant departments through email .

- Knowledge of geography

- Ability to use spreadsheets, databases and other IT programmes
- Writing skills
- Ability to remain calm under pressure and make decisions quickly
- Ability to speak other languages (although this isn’t essential, just useful)
