Job Description
- To develop and grow the existing client base for corporate and traditional catering services.
- Keeping abreast of market developments and identifying growth areas.
- Telephoning and pitching potential clients and attending after work networking events to get your name into the industry.
- To ensure all new business is followed up and turned in to repeat business .
- Responsible for gathering and reporting customer intelligence to their sales and marketing teams.
- To ensure all bookings are correctly logged onto the database and contact details and notes are regularly updated.
- To meet and exceed all agreed sales targets.
- Carry out any other activity assigned by the Marketing Manager.
Requirements & Skills
- Excellent interpersonal, negotiation and communication skills with strong attention to detail in English and Urdu.
- Personable, presentable and articulate.
- Must be able to work independently and within a team environment.
- Must possess good background in catering and events industry.
- A proven track record of achieving targets.
