Field Sales Executives

One of our clients is looking for Field Sales Executives to promote their beauty care products across beauty salons and pharmacy channels. This is a field-based sales role requiring strong interpersonal skills, a confident personality, and the ability to manage assigned territory using a company-provided EV scooty.
The role is primarily focused on visiting salons and pharmacies, promoting products, and driving sales within the assigned market.

Key Responsibilities
• Promote and sell company products to beauty salons and pharmacy stores
• Visit assigned outlets regularly within the allocated territory
• Build and maintain strong relationships with salon owners and pharmacy staff
• Ensure product availability and visibility in target stores
• Support sales growth through active field engagement
• Represent the company in a professional and well-groomed manner
• Meet assigned sales targets and reporting requirements

Requirements
• Minimum FA / Intermediate qualification
• Well-groomed, confident, and articulate personality
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Candidates with beautician training or beauty product/salon sales experience
• Pharmacy channel sales experience preferred for relevant candidates
• Prior field sales experience is an advantage
• Ability to work independently in field roles
Additional Details
• EV scooty will be provided for field mobility
• No transport allowance will be given
• Candidates must be comfortable with daily field visits
Compensation
• PKR 30,000 – 35,000 basic salary
• Can increase up to PKR 45,000 for superior candidates
