What you'll be doing

Raheel Products (Pvt.) Ltd.

Raheel Products is seeking motivated sales representatives to grow retail penetration in Lahore and surrounding areas. The role supports the company’s goal to increase shelf presence across modern trade and traditional retail outlets while maintaining strong relationships with store owners and merchandisers. You will represent the company in pan shops and with wholesalers, execute planograms and promotions, and report market feedback to your supervisor.

  • Visit assigned shops regularly to ensure product availability, correct merchandising, and visibility for key SKUs.
  • Build and maintain positive relationships with shop owners, wholesalers, and local distributors to increase orders and repeat business.
  • Execute in-store promotions, displays, and sampling activities according to company guidelines.
  • Monitor stock levels, collect sales and POS data, and submit timely sales reports and records using company formats.
  • Maintain a digital record of shop visits for promotions, sampling, or permanent client stores and share it with the supervisor.
  • Negotiate shelf space and pricing displays within approved limits, and escalate stock or distribution issues to the supervisor.
  • Actively seek new retail accounts and support distributor outreach to expand market coverage in the assigned territory.


Training on product ranges, merchandising standards, and reporting tools will be provided. The role requires a reliable, customer-focused individual with strong communication skills, basic numeracy for order-taking, and good organizational habits.

  • Proven selling skills in retail FMCG or consumer-goods environments, with experience visiting shops and managing accounts.
  • Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills to build rapport with shopkeepers, wholesalers, and distributors.
  • Basic numeracy and ability to process orders, handle cash transactions, and calculate discounts accurately.
  • Good time-management and route-planning skills to cover assigned accounts efficiently.
  • Attention to merchandising standards: planogram execution, stock rotation, and on-shelf availability checks.
  • Physical stamina for frequent travel within Lahore, lifting small boxes, and setting up displays.
  • Reliability, punctuality, and a customer-service mindset; ability to follow supervision and company procedures.


Experience: Candidates with active field sales experience, specifically retailing to pan shops and traditional trade markets, are preferred. Motivated candidates seeking to build a career in field sales are also welcome.

Location: Must be permanently based in Lahore or nearby surrounding areas.

Logistics: Candidates should own a functional motorcycle and a valid license, as the role requires daily field travel, shop onboarding, and retail route visits within assigned territories.
