We coordinate shipments, manage carrier relationships, and provide timely customer-facing support to ensure on-time deliveries and high customer satisfaction. This Customer Service Representative role supports dispatch and lead-handling operations, interacting with internal teams, carriers, and customers to resolve issues and keep shipments moving smoothly.

Key responsibilities include:

• Answer inbound customer and carrier inquiries via phone and email; document interactions and follow up until resolution.
• Support dispatch operations by coordinating pickup and delivery schedules with carriers and drivers.
• Handle leads: qualify incoming sales/service leads, log details in the CRM, and route to appropriate team members.
• Monitor shipment status, proactively identify exceptions or delays, and communicate updates to customers and stakeholders.
• Escalate complex operational issues to supervisors and collaborate with operations to resolve claims or service failures.
• Maintain accurate records of shipments, carrier confirmations, and customer communications in company systems.
• Contribute to process improvements by recording common customer pain points and proposing procedural changes.

Location: Rawalpindi, with occasional flexibility for remote work as required by operations.
