Saloon All Rounder

Farah Arsalan Makeup Studio and Salon, a well-regarded cosmetics and beauty services provider based in Rawalpindi, is seeking an experienced Saloon All Rounder to join our team. The salon provides makeup, hairstyling, and general grooming services to a diverse client base. The All Rounder will support senior stylists, assist with client preparation, perform a range of salon services, and help maintain a professional, hygienic environment.

Key responsibilities include:

• Assist senior hairstylists and makeup artists during client appointments, including preparing clients and mixing products.
• Perform basic haircuts, shampooing, blow-drying, simple styling, and basic coloring under supervision.
• Provide manicure, pedicure, facial prep, and other common salon treatments where trained.
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of workstations, tools, and salon areas according to salon standards.
• Manage appointment schedules, greet clients, and ensure timely service delivery and positive client communication.
• Monitor inventory levels of salon products and supplies; assist with stock replenishment and product displays.
• Contribute to team workflows during peak hours and assist with salon opening/closing duties.

• Practical experience with shampooing, blow-drying, basic cutting, and styling for men and women.
• Familiarity with common salon chemical services (basic coloring, highlights) and safety procedures.
• Basic nail and facial treatment skills or willingness to learn quickly on the job.
• Good client communication, ability to take directions from senior stylists, and handle reception tasks when needed.
• Time management and ability to work under pressure during busy appointment periods.
• Knowledge of salon hygiene and sanitation practices and safe handling of tools and products.
• Teamwork mindset, punctuality, and professional grooming/presentation.
