What you'll be doing

Company: Brother Enterprises - (Chemicals / Food / Pharma / Cosmetics Industry)

Location: Lahore, Pakistan

Job Type: Full-time

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and issue quotations and sales order documentation in CRM software.
  • Process customer orders and ensure timely order confirmations.
  • Maintain and update customer records, pricing information, and sales databases.
  • Follow up on quotations, inquiries, and pending orders.
  • Assist the sales team in achieving monthly and annual sales targets.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries and order status updates.
  • Build and maintain positive relationships with customers.
  • Coordinate with customers regarding product availability, delivery schedules, and documentation requirements.
  • Resolve routine customer concerns and escalate complex issues when necessary.
  • Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and performance summaries.
  • Maintain records of contracts, purchase orders, invoices, and delivery documents.
  • Ensure compliance with company procedures and documentation standards.
  • Support marketing and promotional activities when required.
