What you'll be doing

H2Ola is a growing wellness and bottled water brand based in Rawalpindi, focused on delivering premium purified water with balanced minerals.

Role Overview:

We seek a Product Designer to shape packaging, point-of-sale materials, and digital product assets that reflect our commitment to purity, sustainability, and brand refinement. The role sits within a small cross-functional team and will influence both physical packaging and marketing visuals to ensure a cohesive customer experience across retail and digital channels.

  • Lead design for bottle labels, cartons, and secondary packaging, ensuring regulatory compliance and production feasibility.
  • Create visual assets for retail displays, shelf talkers, and in-store promotional materials to increase product visibility and conversion.
  • Develop digital product collateral including social media assets, web banners, and email templates aligned with brand guidelines.
  • Collaborate with production, procurement, and suppliers to translate concepts into manufacturable specifications and dielines.
  • Perform iterative user- and retailer-focused research and prototype testing to refine packaging usability and shelf impact.
  • Maintain and evolve a coherent brand system: typography, color, iconography, and imagery for consistent application across touchpoints.
  • Manage multiple projects and timelines, provide clear handoffs to printers and manufacturers, and QA final production runs.


The ideal candidate will be hands-on with packaging design tools, understand print and CMYK workflows, and be comfortable working in a fast-moving consumer goods environment where production costs and sustainability are considered in design decisions.

  • Proven packaging and product design experience with a portfolio of bottle/consumer packaged goods designs and retail collateral.
  • Strong visual design skills: composition, color, typography, and imagery tailored for FMCG shelf presence.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign) and familiarity with dielines and vector artwork preparation.
  • Knowledge of print production processes, CMYK workflows, spot colors, and material/finish options (labels, embossing, varnish).
  • Ability to create and maintain brand guidelines, templates, and asset libraries for cross-functional use.
  • Good communication and collaboration skills to work with suppliers, production teams, and marketing stakeholders.
  • Attention to detail for quality assurance of final printables and packaging proofs under production constraints.
  • Basic understanding of user research methods, prototyping, and testing for packaging usability and retail effectiveness.
