What you'll be doing

Company: Coreuptech

Overview: Coreuptech is a Karachi-based software company building scalable web and mobile solutions, cloud-native systems, API integrations, data analytics, and AI/ML-enabled features for startups, SMEs, and enterprises. We are seeking a Social Media Manager to grow brand presence in Pakistan, support lead generation for technical services, and translate product and engineering achievements into compelling content.

Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute social media strategy across LinkedIn, X (Twitter), Facebook, Instagram, and developer-focused channels to increase brand awareness and engagement.
  • Create and publish content including posts, visuals, short videos, technical highlights, case studies, blog promotions, and employer-branding material aligned with company messaging and product roadmap.
  • Community engagement: respond to comments and messages, cultivate relationships with developer and startup communities, and identify influencers and partners for collaboration.
  • Campaign management: plan, run, and optimize paid and organic campaigns to generate marketing-qualified leads and promote events, webinars, and product launches.
  • Analytics and reporting: set KPIs, monitor channel performance, and produce monthly reports with insights and actionable recommendations to improve ROI.
  • Cross-functional collaboration: work closely with product, engineering, and sales teams to translate technical features into audience-appropriate content and support content localization for the Pakistan market.
  • Brand governance: ensure consistent messaging, tone, and visual standards across channels and maintain content calendar and asset library.

What we're looking for

  • Proven experience managing B2B/B2C social media accounts for technology or software companies, with portfolio or work samples.
  • Strong copywriting for technical and non-technical audiences; ability to craft clear, concise posts and captions.
  • Hands-on experience with LinkedIn, X (Twitter), Facebook, Instagram, and scheduling platforms (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer, or equivalent).
  • Competence in creating visual assets and short videos using tools such as Canva, Adobe Creative Cloud, or similar; basic motion/short-form video editing preferred.
  • Experience planning and optimizing paid social campaigns, including audience targeting, budgeting, and A/B testing.
  • Familiarity with analytics tools (Google Analytics, native social insights, or third-party dashboards) and ability to convert metrics into recommendations.
  • Community management skills: timely responses, moderation, and relationship-building with developer/startup communities and influencers.
  • Basic understanding of software development lifecycle, APIs, cloud, and AI/ML terminology to accurately represent product features.
  • Organizational skills: content calendar management, asset versioning, and collaboration with cross-functional teams.
