What you'll be doing

WAN Real Estate is a Lahore-based partnership specializing in residential, commercial, and investment real estate across Pakistan. The firm is seeking an Operations Officer to support day-to-day operations and ensure smooth service delivery across sales, leasing, property management, and advisory functions. The successful candidate will work closely with senior management to optimize internal processes, coordinate between teams and external vendors, and maintain accurate records that support transparent transactions and high client satisfaction.

Primary responsibilities include:
  • Coordinate office operations, maintain documentation for property listings, contracts, and client files, and ensure compliance with company procedures.
  • Support property management activities including vendor coordination, routine inspection scheduling, and issue tracking until resolution.
  • Assist sales and leasing teams with listing administration, client follow-ups, preparing agreements, and maintaining CRM records.
  • Prepare routine operational reports, track key performance indicators, and flag process bottlenecks for management review.
  • Manage procurement of office supplies and service contracts, obtain competitive quotes, and liaise with suppliers to ensure timely delivery.
  • Facilitate communication between departments, external advisors (legal, valuation, contractors), and clients to ensure timely information flow and resolution of queries.
  • Support compliance and due-diligence processes by organizing required documents, scheduling reviews, and following up on outstanding items.

Work environment:
  • Role based in Lahore and reports to senior management.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced real estate office environment and contributing to process improvement initiatives.
