Overview: We are seeking a reliable and organized Truck Dispatcher to coordinate freight operations across the United States. The role includes scheduling loads, communicating with drivers, ensuring on-time deliveries, planning efficient routes, and maintaining compliance with DOT/FMCSA regulations.

Key Responsibilities

• Assign and dispatch loads to company drivers and owner-operators
• Plan and optimize routes for timely, cost-efficient deliveries
• Communicate continuously with drivers via phone, email, or GPS systems
• Track shipments and provide real-time updates to customers and brokers
• Manage delays, breakdowns, and route changes promptly and effectively
• Negotiate freight rates with brokers where applicable
• Ensure compliance with FMCSA and DOT regulations
• Maintain accurate records of loads, PODs, and driver schedules
• Coordinate with warehouse personnel, brokers, and customers
