What you'll be doing

Pheasant Surgical is a Sialkot-based manufacturer and supplier of surgical, dental, and beauty instruments serving hospitals, clinics, and distributors across Pakistan. We are seeking an experienced Social Media Marketing Manager to lead our digital presence, build brand awareness, and drive customer engagement for our medical and beauty instrument product lines. The role reports to senior management in a small, fast-moving operations and sales environment, collaborating with product, sales, and design teams to create campaigns that reflect product quality and regulatory sensitivity.

Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute the social media strategy across relevant platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and industry-appropriate channels) to increase brand awareness and generate qualified leads.
  • Create, manage, and optimize content calendars, including promotional posts, product showcases, educational pieces, customer testimonials, and compliance-minded messaging for medical and beauty instruments.
  • Produce and supervise multimedia content (images, short video, graphics) with attention to product accuracy and brand consistency.
  • Manage community engagement, responding to inquiries, moderating comments, and building relationships with healthcare professionals, distributors, and beauty industry partners.
  • Plan and run paid social media campaigns, setting budgets, targeting, A/B testing creatives, and reporting on ROI.
  • Analyze social media performance metrics, compile regular reports, and recommend data-driven improvements to increase conversions and follower growth.
  • Coordinate with sales to align campaigns with promotions, new product launches, and trade show participation; ensure messaging adheres to relevant regulatory and safety guidelines.
  • Monitor competitor activity and industry trends to inform content and campaign opportunities.

  • 1+ years managing social media for B2B or B2C brands; experience with medical, dental, healthcare, or beauty products is highly desirable.
  • Proven ability to create content schedules, write persuasive copy, and produce visual assets (basic photography/video and editing skills).
