Role Summary

The Sales Representative will be a key front-line contributor working with marketing and operations to convert leads, manage accounts, and meet monthly targets. Responsibilities include:

• Manage inbound and outbound customer communications.
• Assist customers with inquiries and provide effective solutions.
• Promote and upsell company products and services.
• Build positive customer relationships through professional communication.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities.
• Meet individual and team performance targets.
• Work closely with team members and management to ensure customer satisfaction

• Excellent spoken and written English communication skills.

• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Previous experience in sales, customer support, call centers, or BPOs is preferred.
• Comfortable working night shifts.
