What you'll be doing

ZANS Trading Pvt. Ltd is seeking experienced Amazon account experts to manage wholesale and private label (PL) operations for clients selling on Amazon Pakistan from our Karachi office.

Key responsibilities include:
  • Manage end-to-end Amazon seller, wholesale, and private label accounts, including product launches, catalog management, and lifecycle optimization.
  • Create and optimize product listings with keyword research, enhanced content, and competitive pricing strategies.
  • Plan and execute Amazon PPC campaigns, promotions, and deals to maximize sales and ACoS targets.
  • Monitor account health metrics (performance notifications, policy compliance, suppression issues) and resolve escalations with Amazon support.
  • Coordinate with sourcing, supply chain, and logistics teams to ensure timely inventory replenishment and prevent stockouts or overstock.
  • Analyze sales data, conversion funnels, and advertising performance to produce actionable reports and strategic recommendations for clients.
  • Implement private label brand protection strategies, including UPC/GTIN and brand registry support where applicable.
  • Collaborate with designers, content writers, and customer support to improve customer experience, reviews, and seller ratings.

Work environment:
  • This role is office-based in Karachi and reports to the e-commerce team lead.
  • Work closely with client stakeholders and internal teams to deliver measurable growth across multiple Amazon storefronts.

  • Proven experience managing Amazon Seller Central and/or Vendor Central accounts for wholesale and private label businesses.
  • Strong command of Amazon listing optimization: titles, bullet points, backend keywords, and A+ content/EBC.
  • Proficiency with Amazon PPC: Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands, Sponsored Display; experience setting bids, budgets, and optimizing ACoS.
  • Data-driven: comfortable with sales dashboards, Excel/Google Sheets, and basic analytics to produce performance reports and forecasts.
  • Inventory planning and coordination experience to mitigate stockouts and manage FBA/FBM flows.
  • Familiarity with Amazon policy enforcement, account health metrics, and dispute/escalation processes.
  • Experience with product sourcing, cost analysis, and margin optimization for private label launches.
  • Strong communication skills for client-facing coordination and cross-team collaboration.
  • Attention to detail, problem-solving mindset, and ability to prioritize multiple accounts concurrently.
