Job Overview
As a Financial Analyst, you will be responsible for analyzing financial data, preparing reports, and ensuring accurate reconciliation of financial transactions for US-based clients. You will play a key role in maintaining financial integrity and providing actionable insights.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and share daily cash flow reports, including deposits, bank balances, and upcoming invoices
- Perform daily bank reconciliation and identify discrepancies
- Verify cash and card deposits for accuracy
- Map and record transactions from bank statements
- Identify chargebacks and support dispute and appeal processes
- Prepare sales tax summaries for clients
- Manage income statements and assist in profit and loss reporting
- Calculate and report commissions accurately
- Create clear financial presentations and client reports
- Develop additional financial reports as required
