About the Role:

Codexiers Ltd is a Lahore-based marketing and advertising agency specializing in web development and SEO strategy for clients across Pakistan and the USA. We help businesses build responsive websites and improve search visibility using current best practices. We are hiring a Cold Calling Executive to join our sales team and generate qualified leads for our web development and digital marketing services.

Responsibilities include:

  • Make outbound cold calls to prospective clients to introduce Codexiers' services and qualify interest.
  • Manage a daily calling target, document outcomes, and follow up on leads according to the sales process.
  • Maintain accurate records in the CRM, update lead status, and schedule appointments for the sales team.
  • Communicate client needs and feedback to the marketing and technical teams to support proposal development.
  • Achieve monthly lead-generation and appointment-setting targets and contribute to continuous improvement of calling scripts and outreach strategies.
  • Attend team meetings in Lahore and participate in training to stay current on service offerings and SEO/web development value propositions.

Reporting:

This role reports to the Sales Supervisor. Success will be measured by quality leads generated, conversion of calls to meetings, and accurate CRM usage.

  • Proven experience in outbound calling or telemarketing within Pakistan, preferably in B2B services or digital marketing.
  • Strong verbal communication and persuasive speaking skills in English and Urdu.
  • Basic understanding of web development and SEO services to explain offerings clearly to prospects.
  • Experience using CRM systems to log calls, set reminders, and track lead progress.
  • Good time management, persistence, and ability to meet daily and monthly targets.
  • Professional phone etiquette, objection handling, and ability to schedule meetings for senior sales staff.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with sales and technical teams and convey client requirements accurately.
