We are looking for a driven and articulate Business Development Executive to lead our client outreach and sales efforts. This is a remote-first, commission-based role with a base salary — ideal for someone who is ambitious, tech-aware, and eager to grow with an early-stage AI company.
Responsibilities
Identify and research high-potential prospects in industries including restaurants, real estate, clinics, retail, and logistics using digital tools and market insights
Execute a consistent daily multi-channel outreach strategy via LinkedIn, WhatsApp, Instagram, and email (25–30 touchpoints per day)
Engage decision-makers through professional, value-first communication that clearly articulates how AI solutions address their business challenges
Qualify leads and convert warm prospects into booked consultation sessions
Maintain accurate CRM records of all lead interactions and pipeline activity
Collaborate with the founding team to refine messaging based on client feedback and market trends
Stay current with AI automation, chatbot technology, and digital storefront solutions
Participate in ongoing training to continuously improve product knowledge and sales effectiveness
