Key responsibilities include:
- Define and execute a 35 year strategic plan to grow market share in Pakistan and expand institutional sales to hospitals and clinics.
- Lead product, supply chain, and vendor strategy to maintain quality, manage costs, and ensure timely inventory replenishment.
- Oversee brand, e-commerce, and retail channel strategies to increase direct-to-consumer sales and corporate partnerships.
- Drive financial performance: set targets, manage P&L, optimize margins, and allocate capital effectively.
- Build, mentor, and retain a high-performing senior leadership team; set KPIs and foster a strong performance culture.
- Establish operational policies, compliance, and risk management aligned with company values and healthcare sector requirements.
- Represent Scrubs.pk to key partners, institutional customers, regulators, and investors; negotiate major contracts and collaborations.
The ideal candidate will balance strategic vision with hands-on operational execution, demonstrate experience in retail or B2B sales within apparel or healthcare supplies, and have a track record of building scalable processes and teams. The position is based in Karachi and will require regular presence at company offices and occasional site visits to suppliers and institutional customers as needed.
